Michael Swaden to present on Wills, IHT and LPAs at Opening Doors London Health Information Fair
Michael Swaden – Head of Private Client Services – will be offering a free seminar to the over 50s LGBT community via Opening Doors London (ODL) at ODL’s Health Information Fair on Thursday 10th November (3:30-5pm). Address: Age UK Camden, Tavis House, 1-6 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9NA.
Michael will examine how Lasting Powers of Attorney and Wills help to ensure that someone’s wishes are followed in the event of either their mental incapacity or death. He will also examine the inheritance tax implications for loved ones. Michael will be happy to answer questions during and directly after the talk. Handouts will be provided.
